1. All Sales Are Final

As a print-on-demand store, each item is custom-made specifically for you when you place your order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Shipping delays outside our control

Please double-check your order details and sizing before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right!

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the problem

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

3. Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed. Because of this:

  • Cancellations or changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

However, if you have shipping issues, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

5. Return Address

Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

If a return is necessary due to an approved issue, we will provide you with the proper return instructions.
